Order Status Dashboard Design

Project Description

H&D has an on-site sales counter. We have customers coming in all day and we would like to build some sort of data display that shows customer the current status of their order(s) in real time. To be clear, we have someone in house who can handle the coding. What we are really after is for a team to analyze our process and make some recommendations around what should be displayed and when. At face value, it may seem simple, but I think when we get into the details it will turn out to be a bigger project than first meets the eye.
