Business Development Strategy for Embedded Telematics
Project Description
We have a great need in the marketing department, to grow our young telematics practice. CAN-AM have partnered with the #1 world leader in vehicle telematics, Geotab, and we are needed assistance to help growing our prospect list and marketing to them thru several marketing channel.
Challenge:
- Can-Am is growing fleet management division (we partner with manufacturer / platform such as Geotab, NoCell, Surfsight, Zonar, CallPass), and need to reach out to all decision maker who manages company fleet vehicle, trailers, and motorized equipment
- Most fleet already has telematics device, how do we identify business that would be willing to consider alternative solution and switch their service to Can-Am
Scope:
- Research ways to get data to identify companies who has fleet vehicle/motorized equipment/trailer who is willing to consider alternative solution
Deliverables:
- List of data source tool or method that can be used cost effectively to identify prospects
- Cost effective sales and marketing strategy to reach out to the prospect
- List of qualified prospect company & their contacts
