Company Background
State Farm Insurance is a group of mutual insurance companies throughout the United States, with corporate headquarters in Bloomington, Illinois. Founded in 1922, it is the largest property, casualty, and auto insurance provider in the United States.
Project Background
The State Farm Human Resource and Development department is interested in researching Generative AI to provide automation to leadership within our organization, helping to provide company resources when needed. Examples include gathering documented training information from various locations related to different responsibilities that leaders have, as well as the tools to effectively lead their teams. Searching for this information is time-consuming, and many tools go undiscovered or missed. We would like to bridge that gap by having a natural language AI provide relevant information to leadership’s needs.
Project Scope and Deliverables
From this research, we would like to receive different solutions currently being used within the industry, along with insights into how other organizations may be leveraging this technology.
