GotSpot Expansion Project

Project Description

GotSpot is a real estate technology startup based in Houston Texas. It’s like Airbnb for day-rental of all kinds of business spaces between businesses. In 2022, GotSpot is planning to expand to new cities, and research has been done about several local markets, including what the entrepreneurial landscape is like, and how GotSpot can add value. Now, GotSpot needs to develop a strategy for entering those new markets, including marketing, communications, relationship development, consideration of potential strategic partners and/or message carriers, etc. This project will involve taking the existing research, together with any further research needed, and developing a comprehensive launch plan for GotSpot in a selected market.
