The main purpose of the job rotation programs is to define best practices and benchmarking against other technology companies how they offer their employees the opportunity to build new and broaden skillsets, gain new experiences, adopt a leadership mindset, and create a business impact as their progress in their careers. This can be done by taking on a part-time or full-time roles with responsibility and ownership of a different role other than their own. It also is a key driver for employee retention and builds a strong company culture.
