Keep It Saved is a cloud-based service that lets you organize, store, and manage your most important documents and digital assets securely and conveniently. You can upload various items such as wills, trusts, contracts, and power of attorney (POA) among others, and keep them all in one protected location. You can also do the same with your online accounts and passwords, so you don’t have to remember them all.

Keep It Saved is a startup company founded in Richardson TX that needs assistance with their messaging and marketing collateral. There is some strong competition in this digital asset storage space. Yet, few people and organizations know that such a vertical exists. What Keep It Saved must do is to 1) let the market know that a service such as theirs exists, 2) capture their attention, and most importantly 3) get them to purchase their service.

Keep It Saved is seeking help with their messaging, marketing collateral, website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts deemed needed by the consultants. In addition, Keep It Saved desires three campaigns targeted at distinct groups. Those that are under 30 years of age, between 30 and 50, and 50 plus. Each group has a different want and need, and hence requires a different message to capture and engage the group.
Furthermore, Keep It Saved requests that the marketing team use science in their research and solution. This includes but is not limited to psychology, economics, and sociology, to help create a want and need for the product. Succinctly, Keep It Saved wants to instill consumer behavioral change through science for selecting their product over the competitor’s.
Deliverables
Listed is a SOW in order of importance that must use the company’s branding material, logo, color, and fonts which shall be provided by Keep It Saved.
- SEO (Team A & B) What words do we need to use to drive traffic to our website to inform people that we exist? What words can we use so that people who are not looking for us find us and think that what we have is a great idea? What words make the most sense? What category of words are people searching for the most that ties into what we do? Quantify your results. Include a survey of at least 20 people (total for both teams) in each of the three targeted markets: (Group 1 è < 30), (Group 2 è 30 to < 50), and (Group 3 è > 50). In other words, (20 Group 1) + (20 Group 2) + (20 Group 3) = 60 total people. Produce the list of words.
- Messaging (Team A & B) Can you help us create a message for our product that is compelling and effective that captures the attention of the general audience based on your research and what you know about our product? Could you provide the material in a text format to be used on our social media, website, and commercials/videos?
- Social Media (Team A) What is the best way to build our social media presence for the following list? Can you help us build our social media by using the material created in order to help draw the attention of the audience? Can it be designed in a way to keep them engaged?
- Marketing Collateral (Team B) What is the best way to create and design our marketing collateral? Could you help design and write material to provide our potential clients with information about Keep It Saved? It must be compelling in its messaging and keep the attention of the audience. Could this be done in Microsoft so that we can have access to it for updates?
- Campaigns (Team A & B) What is the best way to capture the three groups, < 30, 30 < 50, and > 50 to have them engage with us? And based on that, can you design and write some material for us to use?
- Blogs (If Time Allows) What are some blogs, based on your research, that we should create? Could you design the collateral and include keywords for 8 blogs and write them? Listed are some ideas.
- Press Releases (If Time Allows)
What is the best way to write a press release? Who are some of the outlets/contacts that might pick up on our story? How do we get them to publish the material without paying? Could you help us create various press releases?
