Project Goal
GTM Strategy for new developed product and existing software testing services to clients across North America
Business Context
ImpactQA, a leading Software Testing and Quality Assurance firm works with several leading brands, startups and Fortune 500 enterprises. We recently developed an MVP that is currently being used by our customers like KFC and Starbucks. We also provide software testing services to these clients.
We are in the process of adding new features to the product ( more info [here](https://www.impactqa.com/falcon/) ) and are working on a GTM Strategy for this product. We are also looking for SDRs or people with technology-sales background to help sell this product and services around it. We are also going to be participating in webinars and conferences where we would like to demo this test automation product and services.
