PROJECT SCOPE Our organization (Greenii Inc.) needs some help on sales planning, research, forecasting, Sales operations! We are a social enterprise focusing on People, Planet, and profit. Our products are very unique and novel in North America, aiming to reduce the cutting of trees and reuse the papers effectively. We are looking for energetic teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, Hubspot (CRM) data analysis, positioning, sales prospecting, social media research, competitor analysis, virtual conversation with the prospects, Sales email creations, and more! Suitable projects in the sales stream include: – Sales prospecting. Students develop a leads list from your recommended sources. – Sales forecasting. Students will analyze your sales funnels and internal processes to develop recommendations for more accurate forecasting. – Sales operations. Students review your sales processes and make recommendations in the area of operations to improve efficiency and increase conversion. – Create sales emails and scripts for cold calling – Sales and business operations integration using tools like Hubspot If you like the sound of our culture and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we’d love to hear from you. A student or team with excellent communications skills would be the ideal candidate for this project. This is a great project for students to prove their sales expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.
