Company background
I am an Credentialed Advanced Mediator for the State of Texas experienced in mediating high conflict divorce and civil cases. However my program is specifically not a facilitation or mediation service, it is not therapy, and I am not an attorney or a therapist.
I have a start-up business. My ideal clients are small business owners – family related or not – who are worried about a conflict with their business partner that is either hurting their business, the sale of the business, or is some other business or personal “pain point” – and they truly want to resolve the conflict for good with the best outcome for all involved.
Project background
My scalable business model is a “Lead – Video Sales Letter – Enrollment Call – Enrollment” working funnel, with running enrollment in my unique high-ticket 8-week online conflict resolution program. My post-graduate program is a “mediator on call” subscription model.
A key element of this program is that a business owner quickly resolves the conflict with their business partner without requiring the participation of their partner. I can also bring leadership teams through my program as their own cohort when all are on board. I also have a scholarship option for enrollment in my program.
My “Mindful Strategy” approach is neuroscience-based social emotional intelligence skills teaching and coaching for the most efficient and effective conflict resolution with lasting change. “Mindful” from mindfulness teachings living in Thailand; “Strategy” from Big 8 small business audit plus international Fortune 100 experience.
I run Facebook ad campaigns to my funnel which help find leads and build my email list when my ads are turned on. I have tech support for my funnel, my videos, my website and my online program. I have marketing support for my funnel messaging and my ads. I also have support for and am comfortable with the enrollment call process.
Project scope and deliverables
Where I need help is bringing leads into my funnel from other sources such as speaking, networking, email marketing, organic social media, or local media. I have “tried” all of these but are ineffective without consistent focus, though I feel I have yet to identify the optimal source of my ideal clients among these or other options.
- What do you think is the optimal source of my ideal clients?
- Which marketing option – or combination – is the best investment of my time for finding and attracting my ideal leads in the least amount of time (within 3 months), and being the most sustainable source of leads longer term?
Critical success factors
My goal is to steadily enroll an average 10 new clients each month for period of 3 – 6 months and scale from there. I can serve up to 25 clients in my program on my own while still managing enrollment calls. After this, I need a Virtual Assistant, if not sooner, and an Enrollment Coach to share in the enrollment calls.
