U.S. Renal Care serves more than 26,000 patients across 33 states in more than 400 facilities providing in-center and home dialysis. To do that, we partner with the world’s leading nephrologists and support the development of our diverse and compassionate clinical and operational teams.
Project scope and deliverables
Two national suppliers who manage Janitorial Services of about 400 clinics provide audit reports to USRC. Reviewing these audit forms and online portal in a challenge for USRC’s Supply Chain department. The intent of this project is to find an innovative solution to assist USRC team to understand, consolidate, and leverage these reports to effectively assess these suppliers’ performance.
