Company background
Founded in 2007 by Jolene Risch, Risch Results is dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent for growing organizations. With a team comprising five full-time employees and an overseas sourcing team in the Philippines, we are non-industry specific, focusing predominantly on professional services, construction and manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. We fill a range of positions from management roles to C-suite levels, including finance and accounting, operations, sales, and marketing.

We emphasize ethical recruiting, ensuring integrity in our interactions with both clients and candidates. Our recruitment models include retained search and recruiting process outsourcing, the latter being ideal for clients hiring multiple roles over a period of six or more months on a monthly fee basis.

Project Scope and Deliverables
For the University of Dallas Capstone Project, we propose that the students conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis of Risch Results. This analysis should accurately identify our position within the competitive landscape, highlight our strengths, and suggest areas for improvement or new opportunities for growth. The key deliverables we are seeking from this project include:

1. Strengths: Identify and validate what Risch Results is doing well and areas where we have a competitive advantage.
2. Weaknesses: Provide an objective assessment of our current weaknesses and areas that require improvement.
3. Opportunities: Explore new opportunities for Risch Results to expand into or new strategies that could enhance our current sales and operations.
4. Threats: Identify potential threats in the market that could impact our business and suggest ways to mitigate these risks.

We are eager to collaborate with the students on these findings and look forward to their recommendations based on the SWOT analysis. This project will not only provide valuable insights for Risch Results but will also offer students practical experience in analyzing and addressing real-world business challenges.
