Use of AI in Industrial Distribution

Project Description

H&D Distributors is an industrial distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic seals and related parts. We pride ourselves on providing a high degree of service to our customers. We would like to explore ways to utilize AI to help drive efficiency and generate growth.

Some areas where we devote a lot of time and money include inside sales, customer service, and outside sales. We suspect that through the use of AI to work smarter in all three of these areas.
